Tanla's Missed Call Advisor (MCA) ensures subscribers are alerted about all important calls that they missed for any reason.

The service detects when a subscriber is unable to receive a call and logs the caller's number, date and time for each call attempt. It then sends this information to the subscriber via a text message, significantly improving the overall user experience and the likelihood of a return call being made.

The service also significantly increases call completion for the operator and thereby generates new revenues. Operators can choose to implement a service activation and monthly fees to generate additional revenue from the service.
